The room was lovely, staff friendly, the property would be a 5 star but they have some issues with internal housekeeping, they only really make the bed and change the towels. No cleaning during your stay, but was perfectly clean when we arrived.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The property is even more impressive in person than in the photos—modern, immaculate, and beautifully maintained. For a four-star hotel, it far exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. Prior to our arrival, I asked the hotel to arrange a birthday surprise for my partner, and they executed it perfectly. Additionally, an in-room massage was organized at our request with a highly professional masseur, which truly highlighted the hotel’s outstanding level of service. Breakfast each morning offered an excellent selection of freshly prepared, high-quality options that catered to a variety of tastes. Overall, our stay could not have been better. The combination of excellent facilities, delicious food, and truly hospitable staff made our visit unforgettable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow, and we will certainly choose to stay here again. A well-deserved five-star experience.
