Nice quite stay in an otherwise busy city!

In the middle of the city, tucked away behind the buildings is Bialy Dom. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The restaurant out front looked like it had great choices although we had already eaten. Would def stay again if I were in the area.

I have to say it was the best ever 2 star stay i have ever had. Everything was top class. The room, cleanliness, garden courtyard were absolutely brilliant. They had a seperate hotel were we had breakfeast again which was very very top notch for the price we paid i would defo come again

The room is very comfy , the beds were small but comfortable. The bathroom is outside the room and shared , but they were always clean . It is a bit far from the city center if you are planning to go by foot. The neighbourhood is quite.

Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms with nice design, everything is clean. Comfortable beds. Located by a small walkway to trams connecting with train station and old town. Quiet place, friendly staff. Spaciousness of the rooms is still OK, however, I've been alone, for two it should mean problems,. Some improvements should be welcome however: a common kitchen and an access through the back door (closer to shops and bus stops).

My partner and I stayed here for a week and were overall happy with the accommodation. Although there was no closet and the room was a bit smaller than anticipated, it was quite cozy and the bed very comfortable. Bathrooms are shared for the whole floor (6/7 rooms total), but the common areas (bathrooms and halls) were cleaned daily, which kept the atmosphere fresh and peachy. My partner has a solid build at 190cm and 100kg and for him the shower was a bit crammed, so I would not recommend the place for bigger people. The parking lot is spacious and there is a leisure area in front of the hostel with trees, grass and a small, well maintained, fish pond - very peaceful. There are many restaurants, local markets and grocery stores near the location, as well as bus stations, so quite easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Kraków. 😊

The staff here is incredibly kind and conscientious. This property is a hidden gem. Such a value - perfect amenities on a lovely tranquil estate like setting. A stones throw from the services of a full service hotel. I liked it so much I changed my reservations to stay again when I returned to Krakow. Wonderful!

Очень чисто, спокойно, уютно, вежливый персонал!

Мы выбрали этот хостел для туристического отдыха в Кракове ориентируясь на стоимость пониже для двухместного номера. Поэтому пришлось пожертвовать месторасположением. Но мы ни разу не пожалели и очень довольны! Центр не в пешей доступности - но в Кракове очень развита система трамваев, они ходят часто и быстро. До центра мы добирались на трамвае за 20 минут. И практически из любой точки центра можно сесть на какой-то трамвай - и вернуться обратно. Обратите внимание, при бронировании в Bialy Dom регистрация заезда происходит на соседней улице, об этом написано в письме-оповещении. Ресепшн 24*7, очень вежливый персонал. СПАСИБО персоналу, за то что разговаривали с нами на польском, мы только начинаем его изучать и говорили плохо. Номер маааленький, но очень чистый, новый. И души с туалетами на этаже тоже чистые и приятные. Вай фай везде работает отлично, даже во внутреннем дворике. Есть свой ресторанчик, где отменно готовят! Но работает не допоздна. Завтрак - шведский стол за доп.оплату до 10:00 (30 злотых с чел.). Дороговато для завтрака, но это всё-таки разнообразный швецкий стол из натуральных польских продуктов. Творог там наивкуснейший =))) 24*7 на ресепшне можно купить заварной кофе/чай/шоколадки и выпить их в приятном уголке за столиком или взять "на вынос". Спасибо персоналу, спасибо Кракову за прекрасный Новый год! Сюда хочется вернуться.
