The hotel was all we could have wished for friendly reception ultra clean hotel from room to restaurant and lounge couldn't find one fault loved the pillow menu especially as i have a bad neck

Bed was good. However the blankets on the bed were too heavy and warm for august and nontop sheet was provided. A light blanket is needed for the summer. I could not get a refund for breakfast purchased when i reported to the server and the front desk that only 3 persons ate yet i paid for 4. I tild them before breakfastt that day but they reported they could not refund me.

The only downside to our stay is that we’re given a handicap room. The issue was with the bathroom- shower is made for handicapped people and there’s no curtains/ glass do everything in the bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and all your belongings. The sink also sprays everywhere, impossible to use without getting everything wet.

We really liked the hotel, the location was very good, room was modern, nicely furnished with good beds and clean. The service in the hotel was excellent. We even got the nicest breakfast boxes for our early trip.

Very modern and clean property. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Room was lovely and spacious - complimentary Prosecco, soft drinks and water was a nice touch. Ample time to avail of breakfast with a good range of continental items on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated and within walking distance of old town. Only downside was noise of tram passing at times. Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and well kept. All the staff are lovely and so helpful. It is only a short walk into the centre of krakow. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again
