Great location and friendly staff

Overall good stay, great water pressure and nice breakfast included. Only down side were some initial pillows were quite small/flat and had to ask for extra (which were perfect) but not available first night. Great location!

Great place to stay! So close to important sites, including the Old Town, Jewish Quarter, and bus station. As a solo traveler, I felt safe at all times. The continental breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

I stayed three nights and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Great location if you want to explore Krakow Old Town on foot, and they know how to provide a huge tasty breakfast to get your day started right!

Great location as it’s close to the old town and to the train station which goes directly to the airport. The hotel is good, relatively basic but has everything you need, but this is reflective in the price as it’s a very good value for money hotel.

Very close to old town square with many dining and shopping options. Decent place for budget conscious travelers, free breakfast included, with many options of food. Very spacious room. Nothing fancy, but it was safe, close to where we wanted to be, and very affordable.
