Fantastic location within walking distance to the Market Square. Even though it’s an older, established hotel, the rooms feel well maintained, large, and very clean. We loved the big, delicious breakfast, especially the variety of option and fresh bread (plus gluten-free options if you ask!). The staff was super helpful, and the stay was perfect.

Hardly seen any staff apart from check in/out as room was outwith main reception building. Stay was hassle free, rooms were basic but very clean and ideal location just off the main square. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value.

Hotel was near to main square , however it was separate from main reception we had to walk down the street to the reception and restaurant. There was no lift , we had to walk 3 fights of steps with luggage, very noisy at night , pillows were either lumpy or think and hard , no milk provided , rooms were clean but basic
