Good hotel

Very clean room and staff were always welcoming and helpful. Only downfall was having a double bed but only a single duvet, think it would have been more comfortable having a duvet to fit the bed. Overall a nice hotel and great location.

Amazing and accommodating staff, super convenient area to stay in. Parking is sort of first come first serve so you might have to park elsewhere if the capacity of the lot is full.

Trevligt

Trevlig service, sköna sängar och rent och fräscht. Bra frukost. Enda minus att spårvagnen dundrar precis utanför. Den gick dock inte hela natten.

The hotel was nice overall, but our room was facing a very busy street, and when we closed the windows it would get very hot. Even with the windows open the room stayed hot and stuffy.

Emme päässeet kirjautumaan sisälle ennakkoon ilmoitettuna aikana, vaan meitä pyydettiin palamaan reilun puolen tunnin kuluessa. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, sillä vanha kaupunki on aivan vieressä.

The room was not ready until 6:00pm. The cleaning lady takes too long and wanted to clean the room the next day at 5:00pm..the service personal in the restauraunt were not friendly. The bread basket was empty and we asked for more and one said no..LOL crazy. Also the restaurant and bar was not opened in the evening. Otherwise the location is the best, right in the middle of all sightseeing events.

Lite dusjkabinett, men gikk greit. Litt lite varmt vann. Veldig god frokost.
