Hotel Santi is in the perfect location. It is just a few minute walk from old town square and maybe 10 min walk to Wawel castle. The roll was beautiful and the bed comfortable. We would 100% recommend staying here

Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm in Old Town. 15 minute walk to everything that Old Town has to offer. Easy walk to the Jewish Quarter. Tram is right outside the door, which is convenient but be careful exiting front and not walk right into the street. Breakfast available, but we did not partake. Cafe's located right next door & McDonalds. Wonderful stay

Just the one night at the Santi and very nice. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and the location easy to find just off the Old Town square. A satisfactory stay.

Fantastic hotel, very well located just off the main square. Just far enough away not to be impacted by huge amounts of footfall. We had a suite basically, a bedroom plus a living room. Free drink on arrival was a nice touch as well. Staff courteous and held our bags before and after our checking time so we could explore luggage free.

Cracking old town hotel

Cracking hotel in old town Krakow. Short walk to old town square, castle wawel and river. We actually just walked everywhere from here ie Ghetto heroes square, along the river, Jewish quarter etc Breakfast options were very good and the hotel also offers take away breakfast if leaving early which was superb for the day we had booked a tour to Auschwitz and Salt Mines as tour pick up was 6:10. Reception staff were great with any queries and we could leave luggage when arrived early or after check out.

We stood at this hotel for 1 night with my husband and daughter. The hotel was 1 block away from the main square. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very cozy and clean. We will definitely be back next time we visit Krakow.

The location is ideal - you can walk anywhere in Krakow from here. However the room was facing the street and made for sleepless nights with cars and trucks constantly driving by, all night. When we asked to change rooms we were told that all the rooms have the same noise. We did not get the breakfast included and they were asking the equivalent of $20 USD per person which seemed pricey. The beds were definitely old and not especially comfortable, but the room and hotel was clean. We did feel like second class citizens due to booking through Expedia. If you are a sound sleeper I would recommend but if you are a light sleeper it may not work for you.

Great location and wonderful staff

Hotel Santi was wonderful. Great location and easy to access via the old town and Jewish quarter. The staff was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. We had a room facing the street and therefore could hear people and trams as they went by. It didn't bother us as we live in the city and are used to the noise but if noise bothers you, request a room off the street. It was a beautiful stay in a beautiful city.
