Really lovely apartment, staff were very friendly and let us check in early and leave our cases in the hallway too. Very easy instructions to get into apartment. Located right on the square and super close to everything, definitely recommend.

Right in the heart of the Old Town, this apartment has a great location and a lovely room. The spa bath looked promising for a slow, relaxing soak in the evening, but it wasn’t the most practical for a quick wash in the morning. It takes around 20 minutes to fill, and although it has a shower attachment, the hose is so short that you end up performing an odd sitting/squatting routine just to rinse off. A longer hose and a proper wall-mounted holder (like a normal shower) would make a world of difference. Overall, it’s a great apartment in a fantastic spot — but the bathing setup definitely takes the shine off an otherwise excellent stay.

At first I was a little nervous, I was getting in late and I knew there wasn’t a reception, however Leo Apartments made me feel so comfortable. They answered the phone when I had a question and responded within minutes anytime I needed them. The room was clean and although the bathroom wasn’t attached it was nice to have a private bathroom. The only downside was that it could be a little noisy considering the time of year but I would absolutely go back and stay there again!

Nice enough stay in these apartments. Clean tidy and comfy. Shared kitchenette down the hallway. Toilet and bathroom is seperate from your room down the hallway but still exclusive to your room. Con’s were a cramped room and thin walls.

Apartment is in an ideal spot for the main square and is new and tidy. However, we arranged to meet on arrival at 3pm, finally got in at 4.45.... then, the only time we had our towels changed and bins emptied was when we sent a text 3 days in. We never had them cleaned or towels changed again after that.again. However, it seemed ok to clean the floors outside the apartment at 5am. Im hoping these are temporary issues as they are in a great spot , but with 3 floors to climb, avoid if you have mobility issues.

Up absolutely loads of stairs which they knew I recently had operation and asked if accessible and the kitchen areas are with other apartments able to use - great location is only plus - tried to use bath and jet settings absolutely stunk so unsure when last clean - personally not for me at all and have contacted Expedia who have advised business has not responded

All in all a nice stay

The location was really good, and the text message with info on how to get in to the room was pretty easy to follow. The only thing was that on our floor there were two doors to get into the hallway from the status. It was hard to tell which one was the right one. Of course you just try, but that could have been clearer. Also, the door from the stairs to the hallway from the status needed a key from both sides. Safety-wise it would be better if i had a turning knob on the inside (like the room and bathroom). In case of fire you probably dont have time to locate keys… The communication with staff worked ok. They did not fill up the coffee during the week as promissed in the welcome text, but when we texted and asked for it, they came. Same thing with toiletpaper. The bathroom was very nice and clean. AMD private. However it was not connected to the room, which would have been nice to have known when booking. Also the shower is in desperat need of a door, so the floor is not flooded😊 All in all a nice stay, with a few comments for improvement🤗

Great accommodation/location

Fantastic trip. The apartments were really good value for money. Great location from the main square. Staff excellent. They responded to communication very promptly. Would recommend. Like other reviews will point out on 3rd floor (no lift) and bathroom not en-suite but not an issue for us at all.

Of course! Here’s the short and annoyed version in English: ⸻ Warning – misleading booking! We booked an apartment at Sławkowska 4 near the Old Town, but on the day of arrival, we suddenly got a message with a completely different address, much farther from the center. When we called, we got conflicting excuses (fully booked or water damage). The replacement apartment was still wet and clearly not ready. We only had one night in Kraków – and it was ruined. Never again!

Excellent communication from owners and easy access to the property upon late arrival. Rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. Bathroom facilities separate to room however again modern and really clean with towels etc changed daily. Our only negative and a point to consider it’s three seperate apartments in one and out of the owners control is who is the actions of other apartment users. We had a young group one night who decided rock music at five in the morning was the order of the day but again I messaged owners and it was sorted quickly. Overall location and price along with quality of facilities adds up to a really good choice

The worst in Krakow.

The worst. First of all, I did not receive any info so I had to call them when I arrived. The room was not isolated from the other rooms so I heard if someone's whispered from the other room. So when people areived in the night, I woke up. When people went to the toilets, witch is in another part so you dont have a toilet in your room, you wake up. And in the morning when people leave at 6 you will wake up. Perfect for young people who only party perhaps. But the price doesnt reflect what you will getm

Greit overnattingssted hvis du ikke er så nøye. Rommet ligger i 3 etasje uten heis, og badet er ikke inne på rommet, så du må gå ned i gangen, hvor du kan møte andre folk. Ellers veldig greit. Ac som fungerte hele oppholdet. Stille og rolig ute. Litt lytt inne fra de andre rommene. Anbefales!

Brilliant 3 nights in krakow - A+++

Brilliant 3 night stay in Krakow main square. The apartment was perfect for us, lovely jacuzzi & very comfortable bed and a spacious room. The lady was very responsive and attentive. Would highly recommend the main square apartment with jacuzzi.
