Great hotel and only a 30 min walk to the old town. Facilities were great and the rooms were large, comfortable, air conditioned and clean. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English.

This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery. The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to a tram stop and within walking distance of the Old Town. We had a spacious, comfortable room. There was a very good choice at the breakfast buffet and an adjoining restaurant for other meals. The underground car park at the hotel was very convenient.

Very stylish and new/renovated hotel with an excellent location with easy tram access to old town. The parking garage underneath was super convenient and spacious without having to drive thru the city. Our room had a nice little ”balcony window” with afternoon sunshine while overlooking the jewish memorial site. Room was perfect with ac and fridge. Hotel restaurant’s entrecote was a positive surprise.

Fantastic hotel

Lwowska 1 is a fantastic hotel. It has large rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, a premium restaurant on site and a spa. It also has an underground parking. Its location is excellent. It is walking distance from Oskar Schilndlet’s factory and a short taxi ride to the old town.it is a great place to stay while visiting Krakow.

Best hotel in krakow

A wonderful stay in a brilliant area of krakow. We have visited krakow around 30 times and Lwowska 1 is the best hotel we've stayed in. Breakfast was fantastic and the room we had was spacious. We heard no noise from other rooms, the only noise came from trams but we got used to the noise quite quickly. Location is excellent, 1 min from the tram stop that takes you to kazmierez in one stop or 5 stops to Rynek.

Very nice

Really large room given the price. Clean and good location, not too far walk to the jewish quarter and main square. Small shop just along the road for convenience. Nice and clean. Air con not the best onna hot trip but not something id hold against the place. Breakfast and mini bar reasonably priced.

I enjoyed my stay at Lwowska 1 very much. The experience exceeded my expectation. The room was very clean. It was facing the quiet street with a large window which could be opened wide. It was precious to me as I needed fresh air from time to time. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I was very impressed. When I checked in, I was curious if I could secure the attic room because it looked interesting. I was, however, advised that the attic room was one grade below the room I had reserved, so it probably would not be a good idea. Mark, a very helpful staff member, upon my request showed me the attic room in person to allow me to decide what I wanted to do. He was very kind and helpful. I loved the attic room on the 4th floor, but decided to stay in the room I had originally reserved on the 1st floor. I only managed to dine in the hotel restaurant once. The food was marvellous, and I managed to enjoy the hotel guest discount. The location of the hotel is amazing. I walked to the Old Town many times during my stay, each journey was just about 20-25 minutes. Basically, it was just a simple walk on the Main Street and GPS was rarely used once I took the route once. I could also do a variation of the walk by walking on the famous bridge- the views at night were breathtaking. Also, it took less than 20 minutes to the Main Street market. Or, I could take the trams, which was nicely priced. Loved the gym and the sauna. A marvellous experience.

I would never stay there again. They make breakfast with all pork. If you Aks to make it better so they won’t do any changes. Food in restaurants is so boring. And the housekeeper even don’t understand that they must change the glasses. They wash it there! It’s not their fault but hotel is definitely 3 star maximum. And when you come people in resection don’t say hello to the guests. The channels only in polish! It’s like polish people live there only. This is so bad! The only positive I can say about it is that the spa is amazing. I would do it again. But live there - never! I came to AC Marriott. It’s really hight class 4 star hotel!
