Really lovely hotel, really clean, absolutely spotless infact, bed was actually really comfy, breakfast was lovely, only downfall really was there was no other food options and no bar, you could order shorts to your room but it would have been a lovely touch to be able to go for a drink in the restaurant in the afternoon or at night and there was no option for this. All staff were friendly and spoke very good English, would highly recommend, would actually give 4.5 stars if able to

I didn’t have breakfast — 70 złoty is too expensive, and the sauna is 50 złoty for one hour, while for 100 you can spend the whole day at SaunaPark Platinium.

Our Room was very spacious, clean with a fab bathroom. The staff were pleasant. The only negative was the room was very warm and the aircon wasn’t working so had to open the window which then let street noise in. Otherwise our stay was good. The hotel is located in a nice area with bars and restaurants around.

Great Hotel

Good location. Good base for a weekend trip. Didn’t use the spa. Or have breakfast. The local restaurant NOVA is really lively and good for a night out and great food. We can’t fault the hotel.

Positives: Modern clean rooms with fridge. We stayed in the smallest room they have and it was still more than big enough for two people, even had a seating area. Comfortable bed. Slept well every night, slightly odd bedding as it’s two single quilts on a double bed. Good service. Room had been cleaned each day, new towels, coffee pods and water on our return. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Location, great street food square in next street, loads of quirky bars nearby and Uber/Bolt £3:50 to main square, or walkable in 20 mins Negatives: Shower pressure (4th floor room) Can get a bit noisy in evenings at weekends as there’s a bar that turns into a club near. We stayed Tuesday to Friday and only Friday was a slight issue, was very quiet during the week and we slept with the window open.

Location was perfect if you’re interested in history, it’s right in the Jewish Quarter and there is A LOT to do nearby. It’s a short walk to the Old Town and Wawel Castle too. Location was as good as it can get really. Room was nice and big with a lot of storage. Only complaint is that the toilet was “used” on arrival, and there were still caps from toiletries in the shower which tells me a thorough clean was not done. Receptionist on entry was very friendly and informative but for the others not so much. Breakfast was okay however not many vegetarian options, and I ended up accidentally eating bacon as it was hidden under some cheese on a mushroom which was in a serving dish that for the previous two days was vegetarian :(
