The room itself is very clean and enough space for 2 persons. The hotel area also quiet and safe, plus you have 24/7 staff at the front desk so you have nothing to worry. Just one improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning is not really strong and you will feel very hot a lot of time (even in February). Not sure if this is under review and already been addressed. But the rest are fairly meet to the value for money.

Ths good: - Great location. 5 minutes walk from the main train station (and supermarket in the ajoining mall) and 10 minutes from the old town square. - Very new hotel so everthing was modern and there was no wear visible anywhere. - My single room was quite big. - Staff were nice and helpful. Spoke very good English. - Decent value for a central hotel. - Good soundproofing. I didn’t hear anything from any of the rooms to the side or above mine, which is a bit of a rarity in hotels! - Nice shower The less good: - The air conditioning seemed to not work or was very ineffective. I was fairly warm at night and could not cool down with the air con. I had to open the window which then made it quite noisy. - The pillows were far too soft. I asked for a fiemer pillow, which was provided, but it barely any more firm than the standard pillows. Side sleepers beware! - The tap in the bathroom had a low output. It took ages to fill the water purifier resevoir.

Absolutely fabulous, could not have asked for a better location! The rooms spotless, the staff amazing! I forget the name of the lady who checked us in but she checked us in on the 11th Feb around 12/1pm and the wonderful Conrad checked us out! 😊 we had a fantastic stay and will return.

Great large room with comfy bed and all the amenities you could need. Staff very friendly, especially when it came to trying to fix our room issues. Firstly the TV refused to connect to the Internet meaning it wouldn’t even start. It was fixed during the day and worked however it repeated the same fault the following day. The room AC also didn’t allow us to set it below 19C. When enquiring it’s because the cooling side is turned off over winter. Understandable but not great when we both liked the room colder. Staff were apologetic and helped the best they could nevertheless

The room was really modern, clean and a great size. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and the main market square. There was no noise at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Krakow.
