You arrive at the top of the building — a bright, characterful loft in Bockum, one of Krefeld's greenest and most established residential districts, with the Stadtwald city forest and several parks close by. With room for up to eight, it's an easy base for a large family, a group of friends, or a team in town for work, with Krefeld's centre and main station a short tram ride away and Düsseldorf around 20–25 minutes by car.

Around 130 m² on the top floor, with two separate bedrooms, a bright open living area, an open kitchen, a full bathroom, and a separate guest WC. The two bedrooms have two single beds each; two more single beds are in the living area, and two in an open area that leads out to the terrace — eight single beds in total. The layout is open and loft-style, so it suits groups and families travelling together, with two fully separate bedrooms plus further beds in the open areas. A generous private roof terrace of around 30 m² sits above the rooftops, and characterful beamed ceilings give the whole space its loft flair.

- Sleeping & Living: Two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, plus two single beds in the living area and two in an open area leading to the terrace — eight in total. Clothing storage and room-darkening shades throughout. A Smart TV in the living area is ready for your own streaming accounts, and there's space to sit and work. Fresh bed linen is provided.



- Kitchen: An open kitchen, fully equipped for a group. A ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a blender are all available. We provide an initial supply of coffee pods. Tea is provided, and salt, pepper, sugar, and milk are there to get you started.



- Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, plus a separate guest WC. A hair dryer, fresh towels, and toilet paper are provided.



- Terrace: A private roof terrace of around 30 m² — your own outdoor space above the rooftops to step out into.



- Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the apartment, along with an iron.

A tram stop on line 042 is a few minutes from the door, with a roughly 15-minute service connecting Bockum to Krefeld Hauptbahnhof and the city centre (around 2 km). From the main station there are regional trains across the Rhine-Ruhr area.

Tip: download the VRR app to buy single tickets or day passes directly on your phone — no need for cash at the machine.



# By Car



The A57 motorway is close by, with Düsseldorf — including the Messe Düsseldorf trade fair and Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) — around 20–25 minutes away by car.

The apartment is on the top floor (second floor). Access is via staircase — no elevator.



The apartment sleeps eight in single beds. Two bedrooms are fully separate; the remaining beds are in the living area and in an open area leading to the terrace, in keeping with the open loft layout — so not all beds are in fully enclosed rooms.



Please note there is no air conditioning in the apartment.



The apartment has a wood fireplace, which is currently not available for use.



The bathtub's whirlpool function is currently out of service; the bathtub itself can be used as normal.



There are no private or reserved parking spaces for this apartment. Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets — please observe the local parking signs.



Stay Over Cleaning is available on request for an additional fee. Just get in touch and we'll arrange it.



Pets are not permitted.



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking on the terrace is permitted.
