“Very comfortable”

“Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space).”

“Great location. Dorm fridge was shin height and tiny. Just a single burner hot plate for cooking meals. Only enough counter space to make a sandwich on a napkin. Water wasn't warm enough to produce steam in the bathroom. Great for young people who haven't been around the block yet. Not so great for retirees.”

“Amazing, only regret I couldn’t stay longer. This is TRUELY in the mountains and is better than I imagined. I’m scared of heights so the drive was freaky but totally cool too. And if your scared of heights … if I made it anyone can! The roads are so private you feel comfortable taking it nice and slow. I want to come back. And the host is amazing as well. Dale is very understanding when Okay! Was running a bit behind and was there for assistance whenever I needed it. Breath taking views. The……

“The room was good, fun to have a working fireplace and bed was comfortable! The property overall feels like it could use a facelift, and the pool/hot tubs get overrun with kids. But would stay here again.”

“A decent spot in Steamboat”

“The good - quiet and comfortable, location is great with plenty of parking. The bad: the signage on the property is pretty bad. No building numbers, no indications of where the stairs are, unit numbers are hard to read from a distance. It took way to much effort just to find the front door. The unit is decent and its clear that attention has been paid to updating it, it needs a little more work on the finishings like light switches and plates though. I also had really know idea how the heat……

“This was a disappointing experience Pros: -Good view -Clean Cons: -Terrible bed that should have been trashed long ago -No dresser, drawers, rods for hanging or anywhere to place clothes -No chairs, table or anywhere to eat other than the uncomfortable coach or floor -Tiny bathroom with no place for toiletries -Neighbor smoke/food smells pumped in by loud window A/C unit”
