Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and kept warm on a chilly night. I booked the room because of the great price but did not realize there were no elevators. Some of the pillows in the closet had hair on them and smelled like someone's shampoo so I'm assuming not all linens were fresh.

We loved staying here, it had everything we needed to stay as a family. Washer, dryer, kitchen, patio, the beds are very comfortable, game room was fun, hot tubs and pools were so great, it was quiet and steamboat is gorgeous in May OMG!!. The gourmet spice packets in the kitchen were a nice surprise, I totally forgot spices! We will be back.

AWESOME location and shuttle service to resort is nice. Room was clean and had all the essentials. Stovetop and fridge and freezer are a huge benefit. Only bad thing was: the room smelled a little bit like smoke, which gave me a bit of a headache
