“I had booked a Twin bed room. They did not give me that, instead they gave me a queen bed and an additional cot was added. Why? They said some cricket team extended their stay, to which I asked then why did you put up the twin bed room for booking? They did not have an answer to my query. Also the bedroom had many mosquitoes. I had to ask for an allout machine. The mosquitoes were roaming about in the lobby amd there the room the moment you open the door. It is simple their windows don't have……

“Booked 4 rooms for guests to a function. My review is based on their feedback. The address of the property on Expedia is wrong. There are 3 butterfly apartments managed by the same team. When our first guest reached the property at Expedia address, they redirected them elsewhere. Even that took a while as the manager seems confused. Our guest had to spend an extra hour running around on ubers before they got a room. Fortunately, I could inform my other guests of the correct location so the pain……

“The property is right in the heart of city, opposite to SBI on Bandar road. Turn into small street next to Big C and you can find it at end of the road. All are spacious apartments while some are occupied with long term tenants while some are listed as temporary stays. The apartment is spacious and upscale and we enjoyed our stay. However the checkin process can be better. If host can provide contact number , the checkin process would be smooth.”
