“I booked the hotel from third tourist website and paid. When checked out, the receiption told me there are no payment from expedia. I thought it might be and paid again as in hurry. Once back, expedia confirmed its paid
already. I wrote a mail to the hotel and ask for refund but no respone.
So, Not come again.”
“My parents stayed there and had only good reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and the hotel was also very close to Natrah shopping market which my mom hust lived! ”
“This was the first time I tried lemon tree hotel chain, and it was highly maintained and very nice ambience. The staff is very supportive and food of restaurant is awesome. I tried buffet as well as alakarte and both were just delicious.
Only regret I have is the size of rooms, the size of rooms are very small. But well maintained.”
