The room was big, the shower as well. The street to the hotel is closed for cars and only open to busses. Parking is hard but some streets are free to park. The entrance is a little hard to find. There was no (mini) fridge available. Over all it was a good place to stay for two nights.

Lovely big room, very light. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Quiet and convenient location. Lots of niggles but still a good rating. Very hot in the room - as only one small window could open. There was a fan but can't really have that going all night. Confusing labelling is it KRS hotel or Q24? We needed an app called JustIN not Duve as told in advance. I hate having to rely on my phone like that. This was needed to open the door from the street, door to corridor and door to room. It meant I was worried about battery life on my phone all day. Make sure you give each guest's phone number then everyone can use their phone as a key. There were no instructions or information in the room about anything. We didn't know how to lock the door so had to phone up via the app. Other questions asked via the app, email or Expedia were not answered, including please add guest 2 phone number. No daily house keeping as advertised - not needed but would be nice if bin was emptied. Great to have a kettle. But there was only decaf coffee, no ordinary coffee and no tea bags provided. No idea where garden was, but location is opposite the river with lovely seating area. Confused listings and signage about restaurant when you are inside the building. There may have been one in the building but we didn't find it open. Not sure it's there to serve breakfast for the 11 bedrooms. But some previous reviews said there was breakfast. As I said these were all small niggles on a great start.

Very easy and nice way to see Kristiansand. You can walk to the center. Parking nearby no issue and very close to the Denmark ferries.

Too complicated and inaccurate listing

Booked through Hotel.com and information was inaccurate on checkin and checkout (times and web apps). KRS staff helped resolve but took phone calls and texts throughout stay to ensure we could get in and check out at expected time. Pullout couch had no sheets available and after 10pm there is no service to request. Marks and hair on bathroom walls that suggested unit not thoroughly cleaned but otherwise clean. Nice to have space in apartment and location is nice; away from crowds but just beyond walkable with luggage to station.

I used 1,5 hrs to get into the hotel. Had to register a lot of personal info, get an app,could still not get in because it was no reception. The app key was broken. I got an emergency number and that person was really helpfull but I had to call him everytime I left the room even when I came home in the midlle of the night.

Det var tannbørstesprut på siden av vasken og oppover veggen på venstre side av vasken. Lampa på den ene senga var løs og fikk den nesten i hode når jeg skulle skru lampa på. Store og fine rom men savna kjøleskap. Pluss at rommene var avskilt.
