  • Holiday house Josephine with heated swimming pool spreads over two floors - it has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilette, living - dining area, kitchen and a spacious garden with pool which is a perfect spot for a fun summer day with friends or family. Newly arranged and fully equipped - WiFi, SAT, smart TV in every bedroom, air conditioning in every bedroom, floor heating. Parking spot provided. A washing machine and a dryer are also at your disposal. Pets are welcome. Located in Linardici, a very peaceful location but only 10 minutes away from the city and many fun facilities.

    LinardiciLinardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
    The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.Tourism in LinardiciAs the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
    Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
    Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
    The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
    For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.

    Beaches

    Vela Jana

    Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

Great stay!

Very nice and well equipped house. Heated pool was the best as we were able to use it even now when sea is too cold to swim in. We had some troubles entering the house but the agency was very responsive and a person came within minutes to help us. We enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely come here again.

Absolutely perfect house. The Pool is really very pleasent and bring a lot of fun. The house is very good Equipment. All you Need, you find there. We were there 7 people and it was simply cool. The see is not so close, but with a car, there is no problém to reach aby Beach. For example Jana Beach. We have really enjoyed the Holiday in Josephine.

Schöner Urlaub auf der Insel Krk

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt auf der Insel Krk in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus. Es hat genug Platz für 8 Personen und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war vorallem für die Kinder das absolute Highlight. Wir hätten uns persönlich eine kleine Einweisung ins Haus gewünscht oder zumindest zusammengefasst ein Zettel auf dem alles wichtige steht bzgl. Wann kommt die Müllabfuhr, wie funktioniert das mit dem beheizen des Pools, wie startet die "Alexa" etc.! Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Glorious residence!

Staying at Tomislav's house was an amazing experience, we had such a nice time and are already talking about when we will come back! The house is gorgeous and exactly like you see in the photos. It was immaculate when we arrived, with comfortable beds, and all the equipment you would need in the kitchen. The local area is really peaceful, it is on the edge of town and the garden is well shrouded by a high hedge. The supermarkets and town of Krk are only a 15-20 min drive away. We have had a wonderful time doing water-sports, eating amazing food and seeing this beautiful area. The only small issue was that we would have really appreciated a house guide - we had a little info sheet but something to explain the bins, the pfand (bottle return scheme at shops) etc. would have been welcomed.

Extraordinary journey!

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich vorhanden. Leider merkt man, dass sich nicht wirklich um das Haus gekümmert wird. Der Staubsauger war defekt, die Kaffeemaschine wurde von einem Vormieter falsch genutzt - weshalb für uns eine Nutzung nicht möglich war, im Milchaufschäumer war alte Milch vorhanden, die Sitzkissen waren stark verschmutzt, der Zustand der Couch ist fragwürdig und im Poolauffang wurden Pflaster gefunden. Alles in allem sind die kleinen Punkte ein deutliches Zeichen, dass hier die Reinigung bzw. Instandhaltung etwas grob erfolgt. Ergänzung rein informativ: Die Ortschaft befinden sich in einem kleinen Wandel, weshalb etliche Baustellen vorhanden sind. In der Nebensaison kam es deswegen immer wieder zur Baustellenlärm.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern) in der Villa Josephine. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und am meisten hat uns und den Kindern der beheizte Pool gefallen. In der Nähe des Hauses findet man ansonsten auch einige kleine Buchten.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

In all a wonderful villa and very well appointed and suited for families with all ages. Jelena the host was very responsive and helpful. You do need a car even for local shop and the restaurant on the corner at the end of the lane never seemed open, hence only 4 stars for location. but with a car there are lovely beaches very near and not far to Krk town or ferries to other islands. Would be very happy to stay again!
