Accommodation review

We had a great stay! The host was very nice, helpful, and flexible. He answered all our questions quickly and solved everything without any problems. The accommodation was great — clean and comfy, in a nice environment. The location was okay, maybe 3,5 out of 5. Just keep in mind the beach is not really a 15-minute walk and you should probably visit different beaches on the island, because that one close is not really worth it. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the private pool. It is very good for family with kids. The only thing that didn’t work well was the Wi-Fi — it was slow and kept disconnecting all the time. Overall, we were happy and would recommend the place!

Sehr schönes ferienhaus, sauber, gepflegt. Die Betreuung ist großartig, Dominique hat sich um alles gekümmert und gute Tips gegeben. Der Garten und das Pool laden auch Mal zu einem entspannten Tag zwischendurch ein. Das einzige was ich mir wünsche sind Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herzlichkeit fehlte, einige Mängel

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir flott durchs Haus geführt und der Vermieter wirkte sehr gestresst. Wir stellten schnell einige Mängel fest (Außendusche kaputt, Dusche unten im Bad lief nicht ab, Tassen kaputt, Geschirr und Besteck schmutzig, Hängeschrank innen schmutzig, Toilette oben schmutzig, Matratze ganz dünn ohne Lattenrost nur ein Brett...). Einige Mängel wurden direkt beseitigt bzw. repariert. Allerdings wirkte der Vermieter dabei eher genervt und war teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Gerade zur Coronazeit hatten wir mit einem pingelig sauberen Haus gerechnet. Wahrscheinlich hätten wir sonst in diese Richtung nichts geäußert. Wir fahren schon seit Jahren nach Kroatien und kennen die herzliche und freundliche Mentalität der Kroaten. Diese haben wir hier sehr vermisst. Jegliches Kennenlernen der Insel haben wir uns selber erarbeitet, weil wir uns nicht getraut haben, beim Vermieter nachzufragen. Das Haus ist wirklich ein tolles. Modern gemütlich mit ausreichend Platz. Allerdings haben wir uns aufgrund des unfreundlichen, unpersönlichen Vermieters nicht ganz so wohl gefühlt, zumal er direkt neben dem Objekt wohnte. Unter anderen Umständen wären wir bestimmt gerne nochmal in dieses Haus gefahren. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech und haben den Vermieter auf dem falschen Fuß erwischt. Wir sind im Guten mit ihm auseinander gegangen und haben uns guasi bei der Abreise wieder "vertragen".
