Welcome to Villa Milena, a peaceful holiday resort surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views of Vojak, the highest peak in Istria. The villa's garden is an oasis of relaxation and offers a private swimming pool, sun loungers and a parasol for your comfort. The covered summer kitchen is equipped with a barbecue, fridge and seating area, ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a children's playground that guarantees fun for all ages and ample parking for your convenience. Inside, the villa offers a spacious living room with stunning views of Uka and a dining room that leads onto a lovely balcony with seating where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The villa seamlessly combines modern comfort with the natural beauty of its surroundings, making it an ideal base for your holiday in Istria. Situated in a quiet location near Kran, this villa offers a perfect nature retreat while being only a short drive away from local amenities such as a shop, café and restaurant. The nearest beach in Plomin is only 7 km away and offers easy access to the beautiful Istrian coastline. Kran, a charming village steeped in history, offers a glimpse into traditional Istrian life with its medieval castle and picturesque landscape, as well as being a gateway to the region's outdoor adventures. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber die Lage in der Nähe der viel befahrenen Straße war etwas laut.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist eher einsam. Die Ruhe ist wegen den Motorengeräuschen der Autos von der nahen Landstraße ist nicht gegeben. Die Vermieterin Milena ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich.
