“Super fint sted tæt på stranden”

“Lovely property, very spacious and nice bathroom. Very walkable to old town but just outside so very quiet. Warning that it is a 5 floor walk up with no elevator and the “free parking” is not a guaranteed space. The parking lot at the building was full when I arrived and very tight spaces but I was able to easily find free street parking a block away. Responsive and friendly host!”

“Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking. ”

“Geweldige accomodatie! Van alle gemakken voorzien en op loopafstand van het strand. Sukosan zelf is ook een leuk plaatsje. De eigenaar en eigenaresse zijn super: gastvrij vol met suggesties, maar nooit opdringerig, echt top!”

“We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. We had the biggest queen bed ever and the kids slept on the sofa bed. The air con was working. Do bring your soap and shampoos,……

“L'hébergement est moderne et vien situé. tres propre et offrant toutes les commodités comme une laveuse, deux piscines accès a une petite plage privée. Pas trop loin de Zadar en auto et une propriétaire super gentille qui nous a bien conseillé. ”

“Check in was fast. Phone number written outside the entrance door, made it convenient! A bit run down building curtains in the room were held with rusty pins so difficult to close and open. So was the sun blinds. Comfort level was good and spacious. Preferred to have boiling kettle and clothes hanging racks to be available. We did not use the washing facility, still had wet beach towels and bathing clothes to hang. ”

“Great property, perfect for a getaway with a bigger group of friends or family. Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. But the owner was responsive and we got in faster than some hotel concierge lines I've been in.”
