"Mixed experience overall. The location is excellent, right in front of the sea with a beautiful view. The room was clean and well-equipped (AC, good Wi-Fi), and the manager was calm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. However, several issues are unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. Hot water lasts barely 10 minutes per shower before turning cold. The toilet seat was also broken, which shows a clear lack of maintenance. The biggest problem is the lack of transparency. "We booked an all inclusive but there was no all inclusive service provided. Meals were very smal with little options or variety mostly cold when served. There were no activities ongoing through the day . The gym also had old non working equipments. The staffs were nice and friendly esp the cleaning staff, very kind and helpful. "
