"What makes a good resort great is its underlying management culture and ability to manage guest issues. On both aspects, this resort does a wonderful job. Its management ethos is well deployed through the resort without exception. All of the staff are awake and seek to please; genuinely please. We had a few issues which is not the focus of my comments. When issues were raised, the team reacted quickly and the GM proactively involved with issues immediately resolved. This included sincere follow up to ensure we were delighted, and we were. It was clear that upper management was visible every day and that helps to bring the right focus on customer service. These guys get it and should be very proud of the culture they have built and manage."

"Great property all around good restaurant location is far enough to be quiet close enough to enjoy all the things that tangias has to offer. The big beautiful pool was literally a giant kiddie pool and this is over 2 weeks.. I'm assuming it's summer vacation and that's all it is but you could not use the pool it was that pack with children"

"The Riad style accommodation gave a sense of splendor and authenticity. The location was convenient being within the Medina and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The staff were warm and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. However basic in terms of amenities you have to factor in the price. There was a bit of loud building work going on which wasn’t ideal. Overall, would happily stay there again."

"We arrived later in the day than planned due to some travel issues and the check in person was really helpful telling us restaurant and room service was still open. He also ordered a taxi for us for early the next morning to get to our flight and suggested making it just after breakfast opens so we could quickly grab a coffee in the morning. We really appreciated his help. However there was a lack of info in the room to obtain room service dinner. We had to go downstairs to take a photo of the restaurant menu and then either go back up and phone for food, or order food while down there!"

They are top-tier professionals, exceptionally skilled, and genuinely caring. Hands down, this is the best service I have ever received at a hotel, anywhere on the planet. Le personnel ici est absolument phénoménal et a rendu notre séjour vraiment inoubliable. Mohamed et Sokaiyna, à la réception, ont donné le ton parfait dès notre arrivée, et tous les autres membres de l'équipe – du service d'entretien et du concierge à la sécurité – se sont surpassés pour garantir notre confort et notre bonheur. Ce sont des professionnels d'exception, extrêmement compétents et d'une gentillesse sincère. "I want to start off by giving a big big shout out to Soukayna. She made my check in seem seamless she She handled all the details like a true professional. I would look forward to saying hello to her in the morning she was that pleasant. As for the hotel it's okay the rooms don't have safes The free breakfast in my opinion was dismal no fruits no omelets could have been a whole lot better. As far as the location is concerned you're in the middle of nowhere but you are close to everything. Meaning you can't walk outside the hotel and go anywhere unless you have a car. I tried to get an in-driver once after 40 minutes someone finally accepted the ride and then called me up and told me he wanted double not the hotel's fault just the location. Lastly you cannot get anything delivered to this hotel. So your options are eating at the hotel's restaurant lunch and dinner had decent Buffet along with a menu. That's for the price I thought the price was fair if you compare it to the rest of 10 years at this time of year"
