“Family friendly”

“So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,……

“1- Clean, yes, quite no, after midnight, above-floor occupant can hear their noise, and dragging and moving furniture. 2- Upon checking in, they demanded extra payment (which we did pay in cash) to have them turn on the one-unit air conditioner (located in the sitting room). By the way, the apartment has two bedrooms with no air conditioning. 3- Unfavorable location.”

Before my stay, the host told me over the phone that there was a problem involving the property's ownership and said I would receive a refund. However, when I contacted Expedia, I was later informed that the original cancellation policy would apply because they could not obtain the host's approval. “The apartment was spacious and clean. We found a cockroach and that was the only negative thing. Otherwise the reception was helpful and the location is excellent. I will go back but with roach traps”
