Fact checked for everyone! 1. room are small - erm.... i got quite a big queen room with complete facilities and tea or coffee. I booked standard queen room. 2. no hot water - water heater was available in the room but can see few defect at the water heater and the bathroom. overall was not bad 3. bedroom area condition - my room smells was normal, while bedding can see a little bit of stains. bed bugs is still there cause me scratch here n there... everything in the bedroom seems quite well function and the room I got was nice....... 4. lobby condition - was awesome nice and they make it quite a good place to hang out awhile if you want to. reminder ! cash deposit is a must to prepare... prepare to park at outside building first for check in as there's a barrier gate will block the entrance to car park.

One and a half stars
The hallways were dark. The room had water damage on the walls. The bathroom floor was wet as if someone had already in use it recently. We immediately booked another hotel and checked out about 15 minutes after checking in. We do not recommend this place unless you are on a tight budget.

The pricing is very affordable. The room is reasonably clean but my friend who stayed in another room complained that the room is smelly although we have requested for non-smoking room.

Room cleanliness was disappointed, feel itchy after sleep on the bed, the blanket got some black color dots on it, which i don't know what it is. The free towel and the water heater seems like being used.

The hotel didn't receive (at least the said so) the booking confirmation so our friends had trouble with check in. I had to forward to the hotel the mail receved by Expedia on which was shown the itinerary number and the evidence of payment.

I stayed there for 4 nights.. but they clean my room for only ONCE! And that was after i asked them to do so.. sigh.. We didn't get the mineral water replaced, nor the bath gel/shampoo, and the rubbish wasn't collected.. so sad because you PAY for FOUR days, but you were treated like you pay for only ONE day stay. Another thing, they promised me that I was allowed to use their fridge to store my stuffs (fruits) - I did contact them before making reservation to ensure that I have hotel with such service as I couldn't live without fruits due to some medical reasons. Based on the text conversation, since they don't provide any mini fridge inside room, therefore they assure me that their staff will help me keeping my fruits using hotel fridge without any problem. Upon arrival, I did request for such service, the hotel staff took the fruits and said OK. But LATE AT NIGHT (it was 11.55 PM) when I already fall asleep my room was heavily knocked and i received several calls which made me awake. When i picked up the call (as I am so scared to open the door as I don't know who was the man outside) the hotel staff said that they CAN'T KEEP my fruits in the hotel fridge? WHATTT? After 6 HOURS then only u tell me???? And late at night you disturb me just to give excuses... FAKE PROMISE. Hard to find eateries nearby, the one below the hotel (nasi lemak) wasn't open during my stay. Free parking is only for one car, so if your family bring more than 1 car then the rest have to pay.

We had experienced stay at Aster Hotel start from Dec-2016 till now for check up with Dr Hamid Arshat. Day to the day is getting worse service, cadar and bantal very dirty and smelly! we see cockroach near the bed!
