First, I enjoyed the room because it's neat, clean, and well designed, I just want to share one thing (I told the reception I will write this review already).
I booked a superior room for one night 5-6 June 2016. Came to the hotel at 3 pm but the room still being prepared which is okay for me. After I reached the room, I directly fell asleep and around 2 hours later I just realized that something seems off, it's because there is no bath tub as shown on the picture.
I clarified and asked what's the difference between studio and superior because I think they gave me the wrong type. They explained the area size for superior is larger and got bath tub facility. Then they explanation was, "on your notes, you wrote you want a window ...we have two types of superior room: one is with bath tub, another one is bathroom with sky view (skylight) so we gave you room 205" then I try to undestand and convinced them by telling my viewpoint that:
1. window and skylight is different, if it is a window.. I can enjoy view and let the air come in
2. how people would know there are two types of superior while pictures on the web always show bath tub
3. how can skylight considered as facility, compare to bath tub which people can physically enjoy
I asked whether I can change my room, but all fully booked and guests are came in already so turns out I stayed at the same room. I think if they know about it they will not keen to change theirs to mine (subjective opinion).
