My recent experience at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang was nothing short of a nightmare. The premium room I booked was infested with mosquitoes, originating from the shower drain, forcing me to cover it with disinfectant wipes. The toilet had a repulsive issue of its contents resurfacing post-flush, creating an unsanitary and unbearable environment.
The air conditioning was dysfunctional throughout my week-long stay, making the heat nearly intolerable. Despite reporting these problems, the maintenance staff insisted they were "normal" issues, displaying a dismissive attitude.
Upon informing the manager, an Asian lady with glasses and short hair, about the myriad of issues, she responded with a nonchalant "ugh, okay," showing a complete lack of concern. To make matters worse, when I needed an urgent extension, they refused any discount, displaying a shocking lack of empathy.
This experience has left me questioning the authenticity of positive reviews. I strongly caution potential guests to reconsider staying at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang, as the conditions and customer service are far below acceptable standards.
