Spent 2 nights here. The location was world class as it's only take 1minute from my room to Midvalley Megamall. Reasonable services and in room facilities judging from the price tag. However , experienced a lack of hot water and electricity supply for 3 minutes around midnight. Recommended !

Good to stay for business
The locations is very good, mall right next to hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops to shop around. Also have free shuttle to go to KAL train. Also close by mid valley station Room is kind of small, but great service.

以前より部屋が明るくなった。 ボトルウォータではなく、エレベーターホールにあるサーバーから水差しに汲むようになっていたり、カードキーが木でできていたり、エコ仕様になった。 フロントの対応も丁寧で問題無し。 タオルはクリーニングはされているが、黒ずんでいるので、見た目の清潔感に少し欠ける。 巨大モール直結で、Shoppingやレストランはなんでもあって大変便利。

Only issue is that if there is someone smoking in that floor. It will smell of smoke in room. They need to track who is smoking in that floor in the non smoking hotel.

Great service. I was early but I got my room right away. Staff and service are fantastic. The location is at a mall. Lots of shopping and eating. Room is clean and nice for the price. Parking is not great. Either you fight your way to a parking lot underground or you pay rm50 or approximately usd10 for valet. I chose the latter. Highly recommend
