Apologise for this late response. It is a privately owned and the owner and management of this building also confirmed it is a serviced apartment. I'm sorry the facilities does not meet your expectations as good as hotel; however in order not to discourage you the owner has also send in cleaning services during your stay. However, you are most welcome to check with other serviced apartment if the washing machine is also included in their services. We regret that we did not meet your expectations.

Many thanks for your response. Apologize for the inconvenience on the parking charges but that is not within our control, as it comes with the management of the building. Hopefully there will be better solution in future. Anyway many thanks for your support.
