I think some of the 3+ star reviews are misleading and possibly only about the size of the rooms. The suite size was large, but cleanliness and decor were really poor standard. The carpet had hair and dirt, mirrors/windows/shower glass doors had a lot of grime and hand marks as they hadn’t been clean. In both sinks there was hair, and the towels are quite old and marked. The WhatsApp contact was very helpful and responsive in general, I explained I was leaving and they asked the reasons for why I would be applying for a refund. This hotel is also difficult to get to - from KL KTM station I had to run over the highway! Also a RM 200 cash deposit (no atm nearby)…
