Like the others, the drain system was not good.
Drain in the shower room was clogged. One drain hole of the basin was clogged, and the other was just OK. I would suggest the hotel improve this part.

Spacious room and reliable security.
2 mins walk from monorail Chu Lan station. Good restaurants and coffee shops next to the entrance. Local food stalls during day time and pretty quiet after dark, still very safe.

房間大舒適，床特別舒服，浴缸大浸泡特舒服，水力非常勁可好快滿一缸水，我住高層看夜景好靚，可以看到雙子塔，還有游泳池水不深好游，我不懂游泳非常適合，按摩池在泳池旁邊，可按摩完再去游泳，還有在泳池廁所裡有乾蒸氣室。

間房寬敞，整體環境清潔乾淨！早餐每日也有幾款不同口味，用心制作！樓下就有約50米長，1.2m高的游泳池，非常方便及乾淨！對於我不善水性的人來講非常適合！但要留意，酒店雖然近Raja Chulan station, 但無電梯的，要搬行李！超辛苦，因為要搬三層！所以建議搭的士，由KL sentral station 到酒店都係約RM24.

一開始住進去感覺還不錯，但是housekeeping 就不怎麼樣，浴缸塞住請他來修，第4天才來修，我們都要離開了......還有一天忘記給小費，就直接什麼都不整理，把東西全部放在門口，傻眼

離KL TOWER 非常非常近，徒步只需8分鐘，飯店環境清靜舒適，早餐還不錯服務人員溫馨親切，離 Twin Tower 也很近除了Twin Tower， KLCC 中央公園也是一個非常不錯的地方。

Need to improve
This would be a great apartment hotel to stay "IF" toilets smell can be improved. The toilet is stench when you closed to stool or somewhere has water pipes. Besides, the 1st. day we arrived and found the room front door wasn't easy to close & the air conditioning wasn't cool enough. We waited about 1hr for the hotel to help to see where the issues from. This is really such a long time to wait. But the room is very big, it would be a great stay for travel in KL if the above issues can be improved.

The falt is good, staffs are not bad too, but I hv no idea why that don't hv any staff or receptionist at the first reception, everytime hv to ask St.Mary's staff for help to go in, and seems St.Mary's staff also feel annoyed on it, and I feel annoyed too!

Very roomy apartment.Good location, free parking. We booked two bedrooms Suite. One room is with one Queen/ King bed, very comfortable, beautiful bathroom...the other room is with two small single beds and without TV... the bathroom is much simpler than the main room.

The residence looks great in photos and on the exterior, but is not very well-maintained inside. The paint of the door of the apartment looked cheap and thin. Despite the size of the apartment, the cleaners have not done a very good job to keep the place spotless and the toilet actually smelled. Parts of the apartments were worn out/damaged. Staff was quite friendly and nice. The monorail is 3 minutes away on foot while the Pavilion is about 15 minutes away. Some eateries/restaurants nearby.

每天沒固定給予浴巾及面巾(完全沒有提供)好不方便,每次都要找他們才有,房間內的用具及物品都有將會破爛的危險

觀光及交通位置不錯,只是酒店入口比較安靜有點不安全感覺
酒店房間每天沒有固定提供浴巾及面巾(完全沒有),個人護理用品數量不足每次都要叫他們才提供,硬件設施老化及損壞,剛好我的職業是做維修員幫他們修理了幾樣設備,廚房及廁所比較清潔不足夠..

兩房一廰,一間書房,有一間廚房,房子挑很高,住起來很舒適,但浴室的配置很不順手,而且好幾個地方漏水,是美中不足的地方

Comfortable and big room
We love our stay at the hotel. The apartment was so big. It was clean and comfortable. And we could see Kuala Lumpur tower from our balcony. The breakfast was so so. The location was okay. We got around by uber and it was hard to locate it on the uber map.
