The experience this time isn’t very good compared with my last stay two years ago. The room is freezing cold even I turned down the AC every time I returned to the room. There is a smell from the bathroom, same situation to my colleague’s room. Room type weren’t great and dark. Tho the staff in the restaurant were nice.

A brand new hotel with excellent location
We just stayed in this brand new hotel for 3 nights. It is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The twin tower shopping mall is just across the road. The Robinson Department Store is right underneath the hotel. The hotel is well equipped with top-notch amenities, the colour scheme and design of the entire hotel is cosy, the room is well appointed with high-end toiletries and is so spacious that it looks like a suite. There are three restaurants in the hotel, all being grand with comfortable seating. We had two dinners and one lunch in the chinese restaurant which, we think, is the best in town in terms of food and service. The overall service of the hotel is immaculate and heart-warming. We want to give special thanks here to the front desk manager ( whose name I forgot ) and the concierge ( Mr. Kumar Govindasamy ) for the spotless and cordial services that they extended to us during our stay there.

地點很好但早餐很差
基本上我都蠻喜歡Four Seasons的．尤其是服務．但這次的客房服務，以Four Seasons的標準來看．我特別不滿意．第一是房間清潔，我第二天回飯店大概是下午三點，房務尚未打掃，但因為是要回去休息所以也不想在這個時候請人來打掃，結果早上的清潔是在下午五點才來．因為收到一張單子不能打掃原因是因為我按了不要打擾的燈．這個情況不知道是不是因為人手不足，因為弟一天其實也是蠻晚才打掃的． 另外，我通常盥洗用具都會自備，這次完全沒補充．兩天都是一樣的情況． 最後，我問要購買房內用品，多次轉了不同部門，等了一個多小時沒回應再詢問，永遠得到不同答案，最後我放棄了． 這種等級的飯店不應該有這些狀況同時在四天不斷發生． 另外，早餐的內容也是我吃過最差的．我有吃到的食物（包含炒蛋、粥等）都是冷的．連續兩天狀況都一樣．應該是整體保溫爐有問題，但都沒人反應也是蠻誇張的．

Very wonderful experience
This is our first trip to Kuala Lumpur and we celebrated our little daughter 20 years old birthday in Kuala Lumpur. We chose the Four Seasons Hotel, which is very close to the Petronas Twin Tower. We were very surprised that the hotel arranged the room for our little daughter, gave a small gift and made a birthday card. The staff of the hotel are very polite and the service is quite good. Whether it is the reception at the gate or the staff at the counter, or even the employees who meet in the elevator, they are greeted cordially. The hotel's environment is very convenient, very close to the Petronas Twin Tower and City Central Park, the night view is very beautiful. The room is also very clean and comfortable, especially the automatic toilet is amazing! Next time we travel to Kuala Lumpur, we will still choose the Four Seasons Hotel.

中餐厅服务跟不上，人坐下来，茶水忘了上，餐牌也没有给。要再提醒才给 菜做得一般，鸡炸老了，龙虾太咸了

It was very much comfortable to stay at Four Seasons in KL. I chose a room which has a lounge access and I enjoyed lounge experience all day long. It has 3 time hour service, morning, afternoon tea and supper and what was surprising me most was that I could see different dishes every time through the 4-day stay. Thank you for the wonderful stay in KL.

Amazing Stay
We got upgraded from a park view club room to a junior suite, super happy about it especially since it's new year's eve. They prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend and a special new year's eve cake. The executive club lounge is great, tons of food selection and special dinner buffet menu. Gym has lots of equipments and great view. Very impressed by the breakfast buffet as well, largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever seen. Great service and friendly staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of celebrations
