very disappointed
1st - there are no highlighted before i go must contact them... i carry my luggage to look for help... from east to west tower upstairs to downstairs
2nd - the floor mat is dirty, the floor is dust...
3rd - the worst the kitten very dirty...

Have to call in advance for staff to meet you at the entrance lobby to pick up your room key.
Staff response was good, eventhough we checked out at 6.15am, they answered our call and came to pick up the room key from us.
Need to place a deposit of Rm200 per card key.

Felt like second class people. No front desk. Men who operated Garden what ever were hush hush about us. Looked at reservation suspiciously. Awesome city, staff good but no front desk for Garden suites, REALLY
