More spacious 2 bed and bathroom unit with all the facilities in kitchen for the stay. Family friendly. Kids loved the bunk bed above the living room. Restaurants are nearby and easy access main highway from the property. One thing could be improved is to upgrade the tv to the smart tv.

This was the second time we have stayed at the EST building. It's super well located, convenient to the trains and some awesome kedai in Brickfields. The amenities are great and the rooms are well laid out. Team running this apartment were well organised and professional. Would stay again.

Wifi wasn’t working when we arrived because the property manager hadn’t paid the wifi bill. Bidet was leaking in the toilet and no hand soap provided in the toilet. These should be checked between a guest leaving the next guest arriving.

Our accommodation experience was not very good. 1. Although the room has two air conditioners, even when turned to the lowest temperature, we couldn’t feel any cooling at all. The loft-style sleeping area was extremely hot. Perhaps because the host knew the bed area gets very warm, they provided a fan. However, ridiculously, the fan’s plug was not compatible with the socket (it was a round two-pin plug, but Malaysia uses three-pin sockets). Luckily, I had brought my own universal adapter, otherwise it would have been too uncomfortable. 2. The room’s overall cleanliness was average. There were some stains on the sofa, and the wallpaper near the door and staircase was slightly peeling. These issues were minor, but at night we saw cockroaches on the walls in the living room and bathroom respectively. This was unacceptable to us. The surrounding environment was quite nice, and the check-in process was reasonably fast with no long wait. However, the air conditioning and cleanliness definitely need significant improvement.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Wir würden nicht nochmals hier hingehen. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist nicht so hilfreich, da man hauptsächlich mit „Grab“ so etwas wie Uber unterwegs ist. Auch vom Flughafen waren wir mit Grab günstiger als mit dem Zug. Der Ausblick aus dem 32 Stock war ganz cool, nicht Richtung towers aber dennoch cool. Die Kontaktdame war sehr nett erinnerte alles aber etwas an Airbnb - da keine rezeption usw. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Alles in allem für 1-2 Nächte okay

Studio room.

I was a bit concerned prior to check in as I’d travelled a long distance and had no information re check in process. Was advised no concierge. Was relieved when I arrived and there was a receptionist who called the person I needed to speak to. Straightforward from then on. Room was nice. Clean and modern. Room could be improved by having a full length mirror. I was told this had previously been requested but still not provided. Would have liked a hairdryer. Also, couldn’t get the TV to work. A handrail to help climb the steep steps to the loft bed would have also been helpful.

Needs a complete renovation

The apartment condition has nothing to do with the pictures. Bath and bed sheets were clean but the walls need a painting from time ago, the sofas are very dirt (I had to put a towel to sit on them). Abosulte zero decoration which makes the apartment disapointing. It needs a total renewal. The washing machine does not work. the irin table is dirt and the cover is broken.

本次訂房是透過訂房網站購買，結帳時顯示4晚房價與服務費共2筆費用的總金額，待付款完畢，劃面卻出現視窗顯示住宿時還必需繳交清潔費用！心裡想怎麼會這樣呢？入住當天，房東真的也收取了馬幣15元/天，我想合理的費用支出是沒有問題的，但是不懂訂房網站為什麼會欺瞞消費者，不讓我再結帳前清楚知道消費總金額！另外，在此住宿5天清潔人員未曾做過房間清潔，但房東收了清潔相關費用。

滿舒服的空間也便宜 但是附近飲食比較不方便 靠近印度區有趣 不過有點難點餐 但很麻煩的是 還要另外等待房東管理人跟你約時間check in check out 等來等去 還要用line聯絡 很不方便 希望可以直接退到櫃檯
