Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone.
Rooms and surroundings can be improved compared to other hotels surrounding this area with similar prices.

Keistimewaan pada regular customer
TV channel tak menarik. Terhad sangat. Untuk regular customer juga takde keistimewaan even Kluang Cafe ada di sebelah hotel. Sepatutnya paling kurang set roti bakar beserta kopi pun dah cukup untuk menu sarapan pagi untuk regular customer. Owner yang sama. Takkan nak berkira?
Sediakan small freezer untuk family room jika boleh. Mudahkan anak² kecil untuk sejukkan minuman.
