酒店整體不錯,但多部電梯的按鈕都有問題,按不到樓層。早餐水準一般,選擇不多,在人多時,服務員效率不高。位置很好。

地方旺中帶静,去附近的百威年(行5分鐘)及商埸很近,我book的公寓真的很大,不叫做豪華,但很舒適,只是電視接收訊號很弱,經常沒有訊號,這有待改善,房間的價錢算很便宜!

Well, the moment I checked in I was greeted by the call for the extra 30 ringit per night since I requested a smoking room. I had no choice but to reluctantly obliged. The moment I opened the room door i was quite shocked how aged the room is. Tried to find a Lan port for my computer, no found so I had to use the WIFI (without security); successfully got my Email password hacked. The WIFI speed was tested to be at 16KB/s, so i resorted to using my Mobile instead. Went to the bathroom opened up the towel and there was a small cockroach in it. On a positive note, the GYM is 24 hours and excellent, breakfast was quite impressive. Staff was friendly

Excellent location but service is a big miss
It is conveniently located opposite to Pavillion. However, if you take Grab, it would take some time for grab drivers to pick you up due to the traffic at city centre. Front desk service is excellent and fast. Housekeeping is a bit of concerned. There was a apparel label (roughly 8 cm X 3cm) left on the floor in front of the refrigerator when I first went in the room and the label was there until I checked out after 3 nights stay. Room was made up everyday but the label was not picked up. Bath tub also has some stains of colored water. So housekeeping standard is a miss. The swimming pool was shared with apartment guests. Some kids jumped into the pool, ran around and yelled fiercely. They threw balls across the pool and created nuisance to the hotel guests. It was a mess but nobody interfered.

基本上房間整體可以 但發覺放毛巾的玻璃架好多塵埃 拿開毛巾發現除毛巾外周邊布滿塵埃 十分嚇人 而且有一晚回酒店休息 打開浴室門驚見大隻蟑螂行過 住了各地酒店 真的第一次見 另外廁紙本先有兩卷 用完了一卷 並沒有更新 相信清潔房間的員工要好好的再培訓下吧

Poor housekeeping service
You need to request for housekeeping in the morning. If not, nobody will clean up your room or any housekeeping service. Also, Banyan Tree (next to Pullman) builds its own bridge connecting to the Pavilion across the street, but it is for their guests only. So, we have to a longer way to the public bridge at the corner.

Weekend getaway
We arrived late night 5am but the check I process is still efficient. We booked two rooms and they allocated 2 connected rooms for us. WHAT A surprise :) room is clean and close to everything. Bed is very comfortable! Definitely come again. Although it’s not a new hotel but they are able to keep most of the stuff like new ;)

早餐不知道為什麼會分成2樓跟10樓享用,不知道是不是因為訂比較便宜而有差? 不過整體很舒適!交通方便!房間超大!
