整體不錯，但員工態度不好
前後共入住了2晚，第一晚7點多入住，感覺還好！ 第2次下午3:15到達，房間還未執好，起初說要等15分鐘確認，後來說要多等一個小時，這我未能接受，早上趕車來到，竟然要下午4點多才有房間，(沒其他旅客在等），經理的態度也不夠禮貌，一句抱歉也沒有，經理延長我們退房時間到2pm，可是另有行程未能享受！ 人手不足，員工態度也需再陪訓，不太會說英文，問了幾次都不明白又黑面，要隔離同事翻譯。

The drinks is free in the fridge, no plastic bottle water, but a refillable one can call for more. But if the propose is too reduce the use of plastic, why still wrap bottle with plastic? Welcome drinks is a bit dispointing, only juice, coffee or tea at the pool bar. Generaly great.

房間風格佳，每日還附一杯飲料可以頂樓喝，氣氛佳，唯走去阿羅街的小路，因為是後巷有超級多老鼠在旁邊跑，建議還是走大路，不要貪圖近距離走小路；還是推薦大家去住。

always some ways to improve the better service
the reception team and the breakfast staff are very friendly and passionate. the restaurant and the breakfast buffet should provide another coffee machine, since the current one takes a long time to make a 1 coffee.. However, sometimes the receptionists would stay together to deal with one guest, and kept the others were waiting. In my opinion, it didn't seem efficient enough. The welcome drink coupon should have provided better choices, just coffee and juice from bottles.

Best Value. Good location with good price. 5 min walk to Big Shopping area , 3 min to SUBWAY, 10 MIN walk to Alor food street. Dont expect too much on swimming pool cause this is only a business hotel. But in term of the value, this hotel is No.1 in this distance.
