This property was very nice for the 7 nights we were there it was a great experience, the views were amazing, the service we got was even better
The room was cleaned everyday with fresh new sheets and the facilities on the apartment were also very convenient for travelling with kids
The only issue is the location nothing was really walking distance it’s a good thing Malaysia has very cheap transport

Modern specious property, however it's located next to highway so can be nosy.
Hotel offers great facilities including a large pool however the apartment is a little date, has a smell that's hard to get rid of. Staff is strict, careful of what you break or lose coz they inspect the apartment and make you pay at check out.

Spacious area and the apartment condition was quite good.
Limited bathroom amenities especially the towels were old and smelly.
Generous large ultra modern apartment in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The views from the apartment are breath taking. The staff was polite and helpful and even received a birthday the family enjoyed the large open pool in the evenings. The only small oversight was I wasn't aware of the free breakfast until I saw my booking. Also make sure not lose your room key as there is a charge of 30 RM otherwise.

Very Happy
Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely view of Petronas Towers even though because of the angle, we could only see 1 of the towers!
Had dinner at a lovely restaurant Tifa on the adjoining block. Easy 5 minute walk to Intermark mall to pick up groceries. Lots of dining optiond at Intermark too!
Was served by a very friendly front service staff Desmond.

Terrible smell !!!
The Check in was below average. The staff was more concerned about collecting their fees than providing some information about the property and amenities. No mention about the Restaurant or swiming pool location. No card was allowed as deposit. I have to leave cash that was returned to me at checkout, couple of hours before leaving Malaysia, The worst part was the terrible odor in the bedroom probably comming from the bathroom. Worst Hotel experience ever!!!

New, nice & spacious property but hiccups aplenty.
I booked 2 units of 2 bedroom stays and 1 of them was “upgraded” to a deluxe/premier. The vinyl flooring was not in a good condition, dusty & one of the rooms toilet was dirty with the towel used. The toilet floor had some stains which was told by the housekeeping agent that it was due to paint. Considering this property was just newly launched, I’m surprised that the “upgrade” was in poor condition. The Housekeeping agents were assigned different floors for them to handle & the one that came to inspect told me that the unit shouldn’t have been released for the guest to stay in. I had to switch rooms and when I switched to the other room. One of the room toilets had no shower head.
I rarely complain about properties but I had to make an exception for this. Because this is a new property. I encourage the management to do a proper investigation in the lapses.

Fairly empty, lack of attention on security
My bag got stolen at the Ariva Trillion Residence lobby. Made a police report and yet to hear any update. Best to say this affected the whole stay experience and we won't be going there again.

I wanna buy that house.
The apartment was really modern, spacious and soundproofed. Facilities in the apartment as of June 2018 were all in top condition. There is a washing machine and dryer as well for travellers who carry light, but do bring your own detergent.

Brand new serviced residences
Had a pleasant stay. Close proximity to Intermark (Starbucks, McD, Dome, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes are in this mall), near the metro station (Ampang Park) and in the KLCC area. Easy check-in process. The 1 bedroom apartment was huge and clean. Living room was spacious. Highly recommended!
