由於這是公寓式住宅，價錢比一般酒店便宜，房間樓層高，景觀很漂亮。然而，當客人去到酒店地址時是找不到任何酒店名稱或接待處的，客人一定要按訂單上的電話號碼打電話給管理人員，然後等管理人員下樓，在高層電梯大堂門口與管理人員接洽，把客人帶上房間，取得匙卡後，這樣才能成功入住。
Because this apartment-style residence is cheaper than a typical hotel, the rooms are on higher floors, and the views are beautiful. However, when guests arrive at the hotel address, they won't find any hotel name or reception. Guests must call the management staff's phone number shown on their reservation, wait for the management staff to come down, and then meet them at the elevator lobby on the upper floor. They will then take the guests to their room and receive a key card. Then, the check-in process is completed.
