房間化妝鏡有損壞沒有維修且每天的房間清潔並沒有統一的SOP，有時候忘了放擦手巾，有時候忘記放衛生紙，有時候忘記放廁紙，總是有東西遺漏，且房間內睡覺讓人身體發癢，不清楚原因是什麼，走廊及電梯內沒有空調，酒店外觀漂亮豪華但內部缺乏管理，希望可以改進

特に指定はしませんでしたが、パトラモスクが見える部屋でした。外は暑いですし、部屋から見えるだけで、テンションがあがります。クアラルンプール空港のトランジットを利用した宿泊で時間もなかったのですが、夜も朝もモスクがキレイに見られて大満足でした。

ドアマンやレセプションスタッフの対応はとても良かった。 朝食もとても美味しくて、非常に満足。 ただ、ハウスキーピングには大いに問題あり。まず、バスタオルが補充されておらず、直ぐに対応はしてくれたけど、シャワージェルやシャンプーの補充がされておらず、バスマットは湿っていたので、多分交換していない。次の日は、バスタオルは置いてあったけど、湿っていた。もしかして、交換して欲しくてバスタブに入れておいた使用済みをそのまま畳んで戻しただけなのでは？と感じた。この日もシャワージェルとシャンプーの補充はなかった。また、シャワールームの排水溝周辺にぬめりがあった。掃除が行き届いていない感じ。 滞在４日目の朝、床に小さな虫が死んでいたけど、夜に部屋に戻ったら、その死骸はそのまま。バスルームも部屋も、掃除がきちんとされていない。 ハウスキーピング以外はとても良かったのに、とっても残念。 仕事で来て、５泊したけど、仕事で疲れて帰ってくるからこそ気持ちよく快適に過ごしたくて、このエリアの中でも比較的高級なホテルを選んだつもりで、それなりの宿泊費を払ったけど、掃除のみ、本当に残念。

When we arrived it was a very beautiful and maintained hotel. The view from our room was fantastic with the lake and seeing the bridge lit up as well at night. Very clean and they provide complimentary items such as toothbrushes & toothpaste, shower gel, tea and coffee in the rooms so all you need to bring is your clothes and work items. The only downside is they don’t provide bottled water but filtered drinking water by tap next to the bathroom sink. Breakfast was good with many options, including homemade egg station so it’s made fresh to order. We also had dinner most night in the hotel which was nice. Would definitely recommend the beef burger. The rooftop pool was really nice and enjoyable after a lot of travelling too and from the F1 in Sepang over the weekend, however the bar was never opened sadly so you couldn’t fully benefit from it so perhaps it’s something they can review moving forward as I think more people would use that as the gym is also on the same floor. The location is fine if you drive but if not then grab is probably your only option as the metro is 10 minutes away by car and there isn’t many options nearby for eating out or even local shop to buy things like bottled water. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone as it’s a quiet and remote part of the country

The hotel facilities are listed as including a guest laundry, but there is actually no guest laundry available. There is no laundry service either, and I was told to use a laundry service nearby. The hotel also states that rooms are cleaned daily. However, in my experience, if you leave your used towels outside the room, they will be replaced with fresh ones, and the bed will be made, but the room itself may not be cleaned and the trash may not be taken out. I would recommend asking the front desk directly if you need your room fully cleaned. Room service is advertised as being available until 11:00 p.m., but the last order is actually at 10:30 p.m. These are a few things to keep in mind if you are planning to stay at this hotel.

The baggage staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great.On arrival to our room the mugs were dirty and the floor not vacuumed Our issue was that renovations were being done after 6pm and on one occasion until 10:30 pm, constant drilling. The receptionist were not answering and we had to go down to reception to ask them for the drilling to be stopped.

Incomplete room toiletries when we go in. We have to call to ask such as tissue, small towels, hair dryer. Also noticed the bath towels have mouldy smell.

This is not a 5 star hotel, as advertised on other apps. It struggles to be a 3 star hotel. There was a hair on the toilet, black sealings in the shower and the painting around the basin was poorly done. The power points are far away from the bed and there are no USB chargers near the bedside. The TV is small. The rooms look like they were designed in the 1990s. There was a disturbance with a vacuum cleaner and loud voices of cleaning staff at 8:15pm, which was rude. The hallways were very hot. Most gym equipment was broken, with signs suggesting it had been that way for months. The pool was average at best. I attempted to ring reception three times, to no answer. There is no cutlery in drawers. This was a very disappointing experience and I would recommend people not stay here.
