the receptionist will asked you to pay more bcs they claimed that the price of the property shows in expedia are not the same as their price. so when you went to check in they will ask to pay again to them

Dirty room
Hotel room was not clean, bedsheets, pillow and comforter all with stains. Toilet was dirty too. None of the part were cleaned overall. The walkway also got water leakage.

The toilet in room 26 are not clean up while we check in and the shower paip are not function well.please improve the facilities for your next customer. 1more thing, kindly give the customer a nearest room since i have mention i with my baby age 1years and half and checkin on night, little bit disappointed they give us 2nd floor room, kindly improve the needs of your customer, thank you
