Staff were helpful and friendly. The “French village” is small. Although the rooms were cleaned but bed and furniture are old. Lights in the rooms were dimmed. However, the Aircon and fan were good. Overall, the short stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Reception and other service providers left us with a wonderful feeling. Their friendliness helps ease our hustle—especially their surprise for the birthday. Overall, the place is clean, quiet, and very relaxing.

A French-themed resort on a mountain top in Malaysia was always likely to be a slightly bizarre experience, and so it proved. Enjoyable though - reasonably priced, conveniently placed, room was good, staff friendly and helpful, plenty of dining options. Biggest issue was trying not to end up in other people's selfies/photos. In-house laundry service was excellent.

The breakfast options were quite limited, and food items were frequently not replenished unless specifically requested by guests. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was out of order, with management attributing it to peak season wear — an excuse that falls short of the standards expected at this level. Overall, the property does not quite live up to its 4-star rating. The one saving grace is its convenient location. For those seeking a genuinely superior experience, The Chateau nearby is a far better alternative and truly delivers on a 5-star promise.

Very worn down resort. Buffet breakfast was mediocre, and at such high price during public holiday, it felt like rip off.

I do not recommend this hotel.

It takes too long time to check in. And the room condition was very old and dirty. Especially the bathroom and the floor of the room was not cleaned well.
