As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note that this is a very basic Kiwi bach.Pets are allowed indoors, however please note that pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.Caution is required on Bluff Road when towing boats over 7 metres in length.Access to Rings Beach is currently only via Bluff Road Kuaotunu as the Matarangi access is blocked off due to dangerous overhanging rocks.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
