Location is strategic, near to local food stores and tourist attractions. Small verandah. Excess to public vehicle will be a little challenge especially when its rain. It will be good if there is a ramp to the hotel.

そこそこ安価で快適に過ごせる
この価格帯にしてはかなり設備が整っています。 部屋も広いし、従業員の方々も親切。 コインランドリーやスーパーに近く、立地もいいです。 ただシャワーの温度が全然上がらなかったのはちょっぴり気になりました。 値段は抑えたいけどちゃんと快適に過ごしたいという方は是非。

Comfortable hotel right in the city center
Fast check in and friendly staffs especially Encik Affiq who is all out to help us, from food recommendation, places of interest to even carrying our bags willingly to our car. He is always cheerful and very polite. Lobby is cosy . Security staffs are friendly too. Free parking with guards manning the car parks 24/7.

Don't be fooled by the advertisement, the rooms do not look like the photo's. The parking is not for the guests and some staff need to understand that guests are their first priority. You will leave this place feeling very underwhelmed. The Hilton is just up the road and it is priced better.

Bien situé et facile d'accès mais chambre trop petite et mauvaise vue. Good location and an easy access but the room is too small for the price. Les employés sont la plus grande qualité de l'établissement.

１，場所は、大型ホテルの密集エリアでサラワク側も近く、観光には便利。 ２，通り側の窓のある部屋にしたが、道路の交通量が多く、意外とうるさい。遮音は不十分。エアコンは日本のルームエアコンで温度の微調整ができてよかったが、水が漏れて難儀した。 ３，朝食はついていなかったが、裏はチャイナタウンでフォック・ハイ・ティム・サム・カフェなどで朝食を取るのがおすすめ。夜もバーやレストランには事欠かない。 ４，できればプールがほしい。

Great location
The location of the hotel is ideal. Right at the city center, nearby waterfront(walking distance) and a lot of local famous food around. Room is very clean and comfortable. Good for the price.

Yes, convenient and clean hotel. Great staff too.
Strategically located. Come out turn right, food in every corner, Google for local delicacies. Turn left for relaxation, sightseeing and local shopping like bazaar, India street.

Great location
My wife booked this hotel for our short vacations. Never knew the price that we were getting by booking through hotel.com was 50% cheaper compared to the original price. The staffs were friendly and they even allowed us to left our luggage for about 5 hours while we were waiting for our flight. The best thing about this hotel was the location. Walking distance to waterfront, Top Spot foodcourt and other famous attraction in Kuching.

Very small room with no window had to pay extra money to get a tiny room with half window The bathroom is tiny and cramp with little shower space for a skinny person The shower curtain did smell bad The lobby is great, spacious and comfortable Wifi in the room Bed very small but clean Open cupboard to hand your clothes that is next to the bed a foot away . Air condition not working

The hotel is very new and clean which located next to three shopping centers. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is eager to help. Great to stay here :)

Okay Place for a Few Nights
A good hotel where the essentials are provided with a friendly smile. Nothing too fancy, small room facing the main road with the occasional loud motorbike at night. Beds way too short but doable. Very limited TV options (forget CNN or BBC). Breakfast buffet very "Chinesy", and the continental breakfast options (bread butter jam) where not of great quality. Horrible pipe music in the restaurant (El Condor Pasa up and down until the cows come home). However, it is value for money, has great WiFi and as said the people go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Also in short walking distance (10min) to the waterfront.
