2nd time here. I opted for No Window as I need a quiet room to avoid the noise from the traffic. Room is simple, and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty eateries nearby, within walking distance. Will definitely come stay again.

No security guard to manage the arrival place where guests disembark. both the place underneath the covered entrance was occupied by other vehicles. The driver of the said vehicle conveniently parked their cars there and no drivers were inside the vehicles. It was raining and guests have to run under the rain from park car to the hotel. Without security guard also expose the guests to risk of unwanted people.

Nice room but needs a fridge!

The bathroom is very clean well equipped and the shower place is very good as water does not leak and wet other parts of the bathroom. However, the room cupboard is very near the bed and hence, not very convenient. Our main concern is that the room does not have a fridge and so not very convenient to stay there for a few days. Otherwise, this will be the hotel of choice for us when we next visit Kuching and we expect to visit Kuching quite often. The hotel does not have its own parking lots so have to park along the road but will be better if the hotel can reserve some parking lots for the guests.

Cómodo para visitar la ciudad y para ir a PN Bako

Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Se puede ir caminando al centro, lleva 20-30 min. Nos guardaron las maletas para pasar una noche en el pn de bako y volver a dormir otra noche más.

Very good hotel, Room is neat and great. Stayed there for leisure with family. Location wise around the hotel not too many places but I did came using my car so can travel here and there. View of the room quite nice, can see the MBKS building. Tried the in room dining and is quite nice too. Will stay here again if got the opportunity.

kettle was so clean compared to 4 to 5 stars ,boiled water feel safe.ha ha. washroom very clean,and more importantly no others smell inside the room。Quite a lot of Food court can be found nearby and go they by foot.
