Geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wohnung über 2 Etagen liegt sehr Zentral nur ein paar Gehminuten vom langen Sandstrand

Hallo

Es war alles sehr schön, aber die Enge in der Tiefgarage war für mich (uns) sehr störend. Jedesmal beim Ein- oder Ausparken mit dem Auto, hatte man doch Schwierigkeiten, dass das Auto keine Kratzer bekommt. Das fand ich schon sehr schade Dann würde ich es auch entspannter finden, wenn die Ferienwohnungsübergabe ca. um 12:00 Uhr und nicht schon um 10.00 Uhr ist. Vielen Dank jedenfalls, es war sehr schön! (Ein Gäste-WC wäre empfehlungswert!) Mit freundlichen Grüssen Veronika Schramm

Im großen und ganzen war alles in Ordnung,

Damit die Wohnung zu 100% bewertet werden kann sollten die Fenster geputzt sein, die Balkone sauber und von Vogelkohd gereinigt sein.

Unterkunft unzureichend

Die Unterkunft war leider nicht so toll. Wir fuhren mit 5 Personen, das Boxspringbett war okay, die Schlafcouch total runter geratzt und die 5. Person sollte auf einer nicht mal 50 cm breite Couch schlafen, welche auch bereits in die Jahre gekommen war. Schließlich kauften wir ein aufblasbare Schlafmatratze. Neben der Schlafcouch gab es einen Schrank mit Putzutensilien, fanden wir eher unpassend. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren nicht verfügbar und in der Anzeige stand kein Wort von zusätzlichen Kosten bei Benutzung. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach Kühlungsborn und eigentlich immer in die gleiche Unterkunft, da es immer traumhaft von der Unterkunft und dem ganzen ringsumher war. Dieses Jahr wollten wir mal eine andere Unterkunft mieten und wurden sehr enttäuscht. Der Mietpreis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. In unserer anderen Unterkunft waren immer Kurtaxe, Strandkorb und kostenlose Nutzung der WM dabei und vorallem viel günstigerer Mietpreis. Für uns ist klar, wenn nochmal Kühlungsborn, dann wieder die andere Unterkunft.

Wir haben in dieser schönen und hellen Ferienwohnung den Jahreswechsel verbracht

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der quirligen Strandstraße und nur wenige Minuten von der Promenade und dem Strand entfernt. Besonders hat uns der kleine Wintergarten gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, vermisst habe ich eine Mikrowelle

Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaubstage in der Ferienwohnung. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
