Never expected this much facility standard in a hotel located in a second level city like Kumbakonam. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Hotel is proximity to all local temples . Food served in the hotel attached restaurant is very tasty too. Eager to visit one more time sure-

Room was clean . ensuire was clan. Everytime you telephone for someone, they would keep giving another no , that no will give another no and then another no. This happened whenever we phoned. none of the staff knew where to refer to. THERES NO ROOM BOY TO RUN ERRANDS FOR YOU . so please prepare well ahead . to buy everything yourself and take. The breakfast you better call before you book if it is complimentary. we wete told different things by different people. The staff or the restaurant people have not got a clue about this. het an authorised email. otherwise you will end up paying as we did. Otherwise ok hotel. Will have a second thought to visit again . Thank you.
