「First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself.
However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival.

「Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. Additionally, the walls are like paper and you could hear other guests in the early hours of the morning. For the same price there is better accommodation located closer to the city. 「Very clean home and friendly host. As a tall person I felt very squished however Japan is known for maximizing space! Perfect place for solo travellers only I would say. The place comes with a bunk bed but I believe it is only really made for one person. Very close to Lawson, Familymart, and 7/11. About a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Less than a 5 walk to the nearest bus stop. Overall I would rate this home a 5/5!」
