“This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. “Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe.”

The place was clean and safe. There's always someone at the gate. The neighborhood was somewhat walkable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The distance from the city center is not accurate. “Das Zimmer war sehr klein, wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt. Das Bad nicht unbedingt sauber. Handtuch und Frühstück gab es nur für einen von zwei Gästen. Das Personal im Restaurant war unfreundlich und unmotiviert.”

“I declined sleeping at this premise because the room was full of molds so i requested for a different room but the Agent declined ”

“Poor arrangements. How can breakfast start at almost 9am????”

“My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she……
