This well-appointed duplex offers views that are hard to beat - your shared balcony is the perfect spot to admire them while having breakfast or a delicious homemade meal. Unwind in the living area with your group while planning your next steps. Watch a favorite movie on the TV with cable or treat them to memorable snacks and meals thanks to the fully appointed kitchen. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven, and even a dishwasher for quick post-meal clean ups. Additional perks include AC throughout and a stackable washer/dryer.

Great location, old amenities

The property is in a good location for beach access, this is a good place to just rest your head but thats it. The beds are old and uncomfortable, one bed squeaked everytime you moved in the bed. I would avoid if you have a family, its definitely a cramped space. During our stay, we had fire ant issues and when we reached out to the property manager, we were assured someone would get back to us. They never did and we had to deal with it. We also didnt stay our last night as they had cockroaches.

Labor Day getaway.

Difficulty with digital entry code. Great place to stay. Constant buffering of the TV was frustrating. Not a fan of Vacasa when reserving VRBO places to stay.

Good location

The location is fantastic. The stairs need improved to make the house more accessible to elderly dogs, ours fell a couple times as they are steep and slick. I tripped myself a few times as well, so be cautious. My husband complained about smelling urine in one of the bedrooms, though we never found a source, the bottom toilet runs constantly and makes a lot of noise, there are two separate heat/AC controls for the top and bottom floors (we were not informed of this, we just happened to notice the control behind a door)

Wanted to love this property

Absolutely perfect location but the downstairs bathroom lighting didnt work, the hot water wasn't working downstairs and neither was the heat. Pots and pans need replaced. We left a day early.

Place needs some work

Front bedroom fan only runs on high, back bedroom fan only works with the light on. Bathroom downstairs: toilet runs all of the time, light switch needs replaced, shower needs a better solution to stop the water from going against the vanity, the A/C and heat does not seem to work downstairs Sofa upstairs should be replaced. Location is good for beach access
